An educator is a guide and a nurturer of the next generation and has the responsibility to help students achieve maximum of health and prosperity along with fulfillment in life. I believe that passion empowers people to succeed and so, as a principal I use all tools available to inspire staff, students and community to work together to promote student achievement and well-being. I am an avid supporter of effective and innovative professional development and the ability to be innovative and creative is important to me. Turning challenges to inspiration with the help of community engagement is the epitome of education and is fundamental to a happy school environment, which we aim to achieve here at BBS.

Education is a privilege to serve humanity through human resource development. Imparting the right kind of education at the right age is crucial in developing the character of a person. No man can live as an island, hence instilling collaboration and empathy stand as a core belief in our approach towards our students. We consider our students and teachers along with parents and other organizations as a family that rises up to help each other in times of need.

Entering school is like embarking on a grand journey to discover the world. As guides, we try to create empowered minds which help students decide what qualifies as the greater good and differentiate between right and wrong. We assist them to choose opportunities that help them develop and become more congruent. Education is a rigorous process of transforming individuals to maximize their potential to creative knowledge. I believe in forming interpersonal connection with students to give better guidance in all aspects ranging from educational to social and spiritual. I aim to enlighten students with wisdom that enriches them with a sense of morality and social responsibility to help create a virtuous society. It is our responsibility as educators to be sensitive towards our students to help them understand the predicament of others.
